Partnering with the indigenous and western evangelical church to see churches form and multiply in biblically healthy ways by seeking to provide Bible translation, prayer mobilization, oral strategy, media, sustainable business training/investment, community development projects, evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.

BMT) recruits, prepares, places, and retains male teachers in elementary schools by building a robust pathway to the teaching profession, beginning in high school and continuing to support through college and into their teaching career. BMT began in 2018 based on research that told us that a diverse teacher corps improves student outcomes for all children, especially children of color. students in elementary school who have at least one male teacher are 29% less likely to drop out of school. Those who have two male teachers are 32% more likely to enroll in post-secondary education. Since its start in 2018, BMT has gone from a start-up, to serving 12 in 2020, 42 in 2021 and 63 in 2022. To support our rapid ramp up in programming, our staffing and budgeted spend are ramping up. We are developing a coalition of schools, school districts, teacher training and scholarship programs, and community organizations to achieve this objective.

EAT is a non-profit community-led organization founded by for post-incarcerated people. EAT was established in 2018 with the mission to uplift the voices power of Black Chicagoans engaged in the informal economy: the diversified set of economic activities enterprises jobs workers that are not regulated or protected by the state. We have continuously witnessed system-impacted individuals face significant barriers in their everyday lives; they are shut out of the workforce forced into informality criminalized for surviving. These systemic inequalities often lead to extreme poverty additional periods of incarceration. EAT is committed to building social economic for informal workers dismantling anti-Black racism.

Our purpose is to support the recovery of Native Americans suffering from Ethnocide, Colonialism, Loss of Land, Culture and Language causing post-traumatic stress, Generational Hardship/Poverty, and Historical Trauma.
