DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO OTHER TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK TOBRING LONG TERM SOLUTIONS FROM EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, CULTURAL,INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS FOR IMPOVERISHED, CRIME-RIDDEN, AND RURAL AREAS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, AND THE COUNTIES OF SISKIYOU, SHASTA, TEHAMA, GLENN AND COLUSA IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. THE FOUNDATION MAY ALSO GRANT COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO WORTHY STUDENTS IN THESE AREAS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN PURSUING CAREERS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES.
