Giving back to the community in this specific way is something Kevin Green Sr. and Jr. had discussed over the years. The immediate need to pivot to virtual world exposed the sad fact that black boys were overwhelmingly on the wrong side of the digital divide. Widespread civil unrest, growing racial tensions and inherent systemic inadequacies created perfect storm to widen the almost insurmountable gap in education, mental health, and financial literacy. (ADO) is not your traditional nonprofit. This organization was designed to thrive in virtual environment but built to easily transition as things normalize.

An inter-denominational foundation that exists to end spiritual poverty through the sending of short-term missionaries. We assist missionaries facing financial obstacles to raise funds for their personal mission trip fee by rewarding serving in their local community. As of the end of 2021, we have assisted 1,300 global messengers go to 89 nations. They have volunteered 19,245 hours through 470 local organizations to receive their reward. Through our funding, we have accelerated the ministry of 14 indigenous leaders serving in hard-to-reach nations. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, international travel was challenged for most of 2021 therefore carrying out our mission was restricted.

The purposes of this corporation are to further the gospel of Jesus Christ through ministries such as evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training for churches among the Chinese communities in the U. S. and overseas. For example, in evangelism, there will be training for pulpit and presentation speakers. In discipleship, there will be training in the principles of growth in faith through Inductive Bible studies. In leadership training, there will be courses, as tools, given to enable indigenous leadership to broaden their outreach of people for Christ. The training can take the shape of Christian leadership workshops enhancing worship, discipleship, Bible studies, marriage, family, and even utilizing tools such as ESL training for leaders here and overseas.
